COMMERCIAL POWER

Our commercial electric products always ensure the quality of voltage and frequency as required by Vietnam Electricity Group - EVN.

Some power production lines of the factory:

1. Biogas production line from agricultural byproducts combined with 1MW electricity generation.

- Input materials are agricultural waste and by-products that are shredded and blended according to the technology ratio, then transferred to the hydrolysis tank. After the hydrolysis time, the whole substrate is transferred to the fermentation tank. In fermentation tanks, most biogas is generated. After fermentation in fermentation tank, substrate is transferred to the post-fermentation tank, where a quantity of biogas is generated. Biogas produced in fermentation tanks and post-fermentation tanks is led through filtration devices to separate H2S, CO2 and steam. Then methane CH4 gas is led into operating 1MW generator.

- The amount of residue after the technology process is dried as the input material for the DEPOT-PLANT® organic mineral fertilizer production line.

2. Biogas production line combined with 2MW electricity generation

Input materials are organic waste from the sorting line of domestic waste, waste from seafood processing plants, agricultural biological waste ... along with the amount of water according to the technology percentage. Grind and transfer to fermentation tank. Here most biogas is generated. After fermentation time, substrate is transferred to the post-fermentation tank. Here, some biogas continues to be born. Biogas produced in fermentation tanks and post-fermentation tanks is led through filtration devices to separate H2S, CO2 and steam. Then methane CH4 gas is led into operation of 2MW generator.

The amount of residue after the technological process is used as raw material to produce micro-organic fertilizer - compost.

3. Thermal power distribution line 2.4MW.
Input materials are non-recyclable wastes (wood chips, sawdust, dead plastic, rags ...) from Stadler waste sorting line. The material is transferred into an anaerobic furnace (the system works according to the principle of heating in an oxygen-deficient environment and using nitrogen as a catalyst).

- At temperatures from 400 to 450oC after the pyrolysis time, the output of this system is gas, which contains flammable gas components such as methane CH4, ethane C2H6, ethylene C2H4 ...

- These gases are burned at a temperature of about 800 - 900oC to ensure the toxic gas components will also burn out. The heat is used to heat the boiler, the steam generated is pressured to turn the generator turbine. The condensed steam is returned to the boiler.

- Thermolyse system can generate gas to generate 2.4 MW electricity capacity.
4. Solar power + wind power: Total capacity of 4.6MW.
